In person at the Box Office.  The Aaron Davis Hall Box Office is open Monday thru Friday 10:00AM – 6:00PM, as well as two (2) hours before the start of an event.

Please be advised all ticket purchases are made via credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover). Transaction receipts will also be emailed to each patron.  An email address is necessary for receiving ticket and e-Receipt.   We do not accept personal or business checks.

Tickets are subject to applicable fees and state taxes. Children age two and older must have their own ticket and seat.

 

Refund Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused tickets. If an event is cancelled in its entirety, refunds will be given, or other accommodations will be made. If refunds are granted, tickets purchased with a credit card via Box Office, phone or online will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used.

If an event is delayed or must be shortened due to severe weather conditions deeming it unsafe for patrons to be in the facility, venue management will make best efforts to issue make-up offers for future events to those patrons impacted by the severe weather conditions.

No Refunds or Exchanges/Lost Tickets

 

Method of delivery:

Tickets purchased online will be available for print at home, mobile delivery, or will-call. Tickets are electronic except for those you print at home. Proper tickets and valid identification is required for all tickets held at “Will Call” for pickup. For your protection, tickets will ONLY be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket. It is a good practice to check in 30 – 45 minutes before the show begins

 

Our facilities are semi-ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. Since such accommodations are limited, we ask that you contact the Box Office at (212) 650-6900 or adhboxoffice@ccny.cuny.edu before making any purchase.  If your tickets are lost or stolen we encourage patrons to inform the Box Office as soon as possible.   There is NO guarantee we will be able to assist you in replacing your lost or stolen tickets, although we will attempt to remedy the situation.

Late seating is often disruptive to audience members already seated. Therefore, patrons arriving late for a performance may be required to stand or sit in a pre-designated area of the theater until intermission or an appropriate break that allows seating without disruption to the performance and/or patron.

 

Parking:

Parking is only available on the streets.

 

Smoking:

There is no smoking in Aaron Davis Hall. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers. Patrons observed smoking will be asked to leave the building and its premises.

 

Electronic Devices:

Photography, video and sound recording are not allowed at any show or performance without the consent of the promoter.

All cell phones and electronic devices must be silenced or turned off during all performances. If you need to make or take a call, please do so in our lobby or foyer

 

Food and Drinks:

No food or drinks are allowed in our theatres except for plastic bottled water.

 

Pets & Animals:

Non service animals are not allowed on the premises.
